Offering high capacitance values with low ESRs, the TurboCap stackable multilayer capacitor series features a significantly reduced footprint and can handle high ripple currents at high frequencies and power levels. Suitable for use as filters at the input and output stages of dc/dc converters and switch mode power supplies (SMPS), the capacitors are available in two styles, ST12 and ST20, and in standard or high-reliability versions. Maximum voltage rating is 100V and the components employ an X7R dielectric formulation and specify a temperature coefficient of -55°C to +125°C.
