Targeting high-frequency applications, the PAT3060P series attenuators and RFTF series terminators exhibit low VSWRs at high frequencies. The PAT3060P high-power attenuator provides a frequency range from dc to 10 GHz with a VSWR of less than 1.3 at 10 GHz. Attenuation values include 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, and 20 dB. The attenuator handles up to 10W with a heat sink, but will operate reliably up to 1.5W without a heat sink. Impedance is 50O, and operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. The RFTF series high-frequency terminator is available with power ratings to 250W. Stray capacitance is less than 1.0 pF at 250W and operating frequency ranges from DC to 3 GHz with a VSWR of less than 1.1 at 3 GHz. DC Resistance is 50O with tolerances to ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%, and operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +155°C.
