Targeting communication applications, the BB1110B and BB2110DI series termination networks accommodate DDR SRAM and employ a BGA connection, said to minimize parasitics. They feature 18-bit SSTH-2 termination sets to meet the requirements of SSTL-2 Class I and II systems in accordance with the JEDEC Std. 8-9A standard. Other specifications include standard and custom resistance values from 10W to 1MW, isolated or bused versions with four to 23 resistors, tolerances of less than or equal to 1%, a maximum inter-lead capacitance of 0.1 pF, TCR values up to 200 ppm/°C, and an operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C.
