These thermistors come in sizes ranging from 0603 through 1206 and resistance values from 10 ohms through 150 kiloohms. The positive thermistors offer TCRs from 150 ppm/°C to 450 ppm/°C, while the negative have beta constants from 3200K to

These thermistors come in sizes ranging from 0603 through 1206 and resistance values from 10 ohms through 150 kiloohms. The positive thermistors offer TCRs from 150 ppm/°C to 450 ppm/°C, while the negative have beta constants from 3200K to 3800K. Tolerances of ±2% to ±15% are available for all of the thermistors. The thermistors offer anti-leaching nickel barrier terminations, 90/10 solder plated terminations, reduced size, lighter weight, 25 specifiable temperature characteristics, 12 standard resistance values, and are suited to reflow and wave soldering. Applications include circuit protection, temperature compensation, temperature measurement, fire detection devices, portable temperature gauges, and in-rush current limiting.
