The ORN series thin-film resistor networks are packaged in JEDEC-standard MS-012 surface-mount packages measuring 3.99 mm x 4.93 mm x 1.73 mm high. The networks integrate two pairs of resistive elements with standard R1/R2 divider ratios of 2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 or 100. Their typical temperature coefficient is ±25 ppm/°C with a tracking temperature coefficient of ±5 ppm/°C, with the networks available in a wide choice of off-the-shelf schematics and in resistance values from 1 kiloohms to 100 kiloohms. Samples and production quantities of the resistor networks are available, with lead times up to four weeks for larger orders.
