These recent additions to the Minifilm line of monolithic, polymer film capacitors come in capacitance values from 0.15 to 1 µF and are housed in a 0.195 mm x 0.195 mm x 0.095 mm package. The capacitors meet MIL-PRF-55514 moisture resistance

These recent additions to the Minifilm line of monolithic, polymer film capacitors come in capacitance values from 0.15 to 1 µF and are housed in a 0.195 mm x 0.195 mm x 0.095 mm package. The capacitors meet MIL-PRF-55514 moisture resistance specs, are available in tolerances of 5%, 10% and 20%, and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with capacitance change at 85°C being +2.5%. Other features include a dielectric strength of 150% of rated voltage, dissipation factor of 1% maximum at 25°C and 1 kHz, and an ESR as low as 0.12? maximum at 25°C and 100 kHz. Available with surface-mount or radial leads, prices range from $0.95 to $1.50 each, depending on quantity. For more information, call Michael Mosiello at ELECTRONIC CONCEPTS INC., Eatontown, NJ.
