With dimensions of 0.047" x 0.025" x 0.024", 0402CS Series inductors come in 21 part numbers covering an inductance range of 1 to 40 nH with tolerances of ±5% or ±10%. The 2.2 nH part has a Q factor of 100 at 1.8 GHz, while 43 is the highest

With dimensions of 0.047" x 0.025" x 0.024", 0402CS Series inductors come in 21 part numbers covering an inductance range of 1 to 40 nH with tolerances of ±5% or ±10%. The 2.2 nH part has a Q factor of 100 at 1.8 GHz, while 43 is the highest Q published for non-wirewound alternatives at the same frequency. Thanks to their low dc resistance, the chips can handle 200% to 300% more current than non-wirewound 0402 inductors. Free samples are available and the Designer's Kit C128 contains all 21 values. Price is $0.29 each/10,000 for a typical ±5% value.
