Inductance values from 3.3 nH to 3300 nH are available in the IMC-1008 series of high-frequency wirewound inductors. The drop-in replacements for standard 1008 SMT devices save space in applications such as impedance matching, selective filtering, and tuned circuits. Their footprint of just 2.5 mm x 2 mm and profile of 1 mm helps reduce the size and weight of mobile phone, pagers and other handheld products. The devices offer high self-resonant frequencies and Q values (minumum Q ranges from 25 to 50). Maximum dc resistance is as low as 60 milliohms with current ratings up to 600 mA.
