Offered in miniature SIPs with industry standard pinouts, the D200RU family of 2W dc/dc converters feature an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range and 1 kVdc of input/output isolation. Fourteen models in the family offer input ranges of 9 to 36 Vdc or 18 to 75 Vdc and deliver single and dual outputs of 3.3, 5, 12, 15, ±5, ±12, or ±15 Vdc. Standard features include tight line/load regulation, continuous short-circuit protection, and efficiencies as high as 80%. Also standard is a remote on/off control input and a MTBF as per MIL HDBK 217F greater than one million hours. Each model operates over an industrial temperature range from -40°C to +65°C with no derating or heat sinking required. Cooling is via free-air convection. MICROPOWER DIRECT, Stoughton, MA.
