AC/DC Supply Features Low No-Load Power Consumption

May 25, 2011
Specifying very low standby input currents and highly viable for low-power apps, the RAC01 and RAC02 ac/dc power supplies offer 1W or 2W of output power from a universal input voltage of 90 to 265 Vac while drawing only 30 mW in standby.

Specifying very low standby input currents and highly viable for low-power apps, the RAC01 and RAC02 ac/dc power supplies offer 1W or 2W of output power from a universal input voltage of 90 to 265 Vac while drawing only 30 mW in standby. The RAC03 offers a 3W output yet draws only 80 mW when unloaded. The RAC01, RAC02, and RAC03 offer high efficiency, regulated, short-circuit protected DC outputs with 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 24V voltage options, and a line and load regulation of ±2%. Conversion efficiency is up to 78%, enabling an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C for the 1W part, reducing to +80°C for the 2W and 3W converters. RECOM POWER INC., Brooklyn, NY.
