Said to enable rapid integration into OEM systems, the PSA25LS single output, 25W switching power supply features an integral IEC input receptacle and a slim, 2" x 5" footprint that makes the switcher well-suited for networking, peripheral, terminal and microcomputer equipment. The IEC receptacle provides easy power supply bulkhead mounting and eliminates the cost and installation of a separate receptacle and associated cabling. The open frame switcher also includes a 3" ground wire terminated with a ring lug connector for convenient chassis safety ground connection. The switcher's design is also said to reduce EMI radiation. Eliminating the interconnect cable usually lowers EMI radiation and simplifies the regulatory agency EMI approval process required internationally. The unit meet the stringent CISPR22B and FCC limit B radiated noise limits.Measuring only 2" x 5" x 0.85", the switcher can fit into small enclosures yet deliver 16-ms holdup times at full load.
