Meeting IEEE 802.3af power-over-Ethernet (PoE) requirements, the HHS05Z55 260W, half-brick dc/dc converter accepts input voltages from 36V to 75V and delivers a regulated 53.7V/4.85A output at efficiencies up to 93%. Measuring 61 mm x 57.9 mm x 10.67 mm, the converter includes noise filtering, an input-to-output isolation of 2.25 kV, and basic safety insulation. Other features include remote on/off, remote sense, output trim, output over-voltage and over-current protection, under-voltage lockout, and over-temperature protection.
