Measuring 38 mm x 76 mm x 127 mm and weighing 450g, the TEK 150 series switching power supplies employ a U-channel casing that allows operation at up to 100W without a fan or up to 150W with forced cooling of 16 cfm. Four models offer output voltage ratings of 5V to 6V, 12V to 16V, 24V to 30V, and 48V to 56V with input voltages from 90 to 132 Vac and 180 to 264 Vac, auto-selectable at a frequency of 47 Hz to 63 Hz. Custom models can be configured to meet specific requirements. Reporting high output current pulse capability, a 12V output unit can provide a peak of as much as 50% over its rated current for up to 50 ms. Other features include remote on/off, power good, and over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection with automatic recovery. The supplies meet all international safety and emission specifications including EN61000-3-2 Class A. Price is $75 each in production quantities. HITEK POWER, Santee, CA. (562) 283-0388.
