Combining redundant input, under-voltage protection and ultra-fast switching capabilities, the TPC 2562 power distribution system is designed for critical systems requiring a redundant ac source to protect against power failures or severe brownout conditions. The unit accepts two ac power inputs-- either dual 120 vac (16A) or 240 vac (16A)-- and automatically switches to the secondary power source when the primary one fails.
The two power inlets-- located at the rear of the unit, with power cables available separately-- have integrated EMI/RFI protection, allowing any noise to be isolated before it enters the TPC 2562. They also are protected with in-line fuses and a surge suppression capability. The 1U high by 9.5" deep rack-mountable power distributor costs $700 each/1-9.
