SMT Battery Holders Ride Low In The Saddle
For ever-contracting consumer and rugged industrial designs, the company’s latest surface-mount holders for cylindrical lithium and alkaline batteries keep a very low profile. Lightweight and durable, the holders employ heat-resistant nylon housings and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. Supporting both lead-free and reflow process soldering, they accept all major manufacturers’ lithium batteries. Available components include catalog number 1016 for 1/2 AA lithium batteries and number 1018 for 2/3A lithium batteries, catalog number 1024 for AA batteries and number 1020 for AAA batteries for single-cell applications, and catalog number 1022 for dual-cell designs. Additionally, installation and removal does not require tools. KEYSTONE ELECTRONICS CORP. Astoria, NY. (800) 221-5510.
