Solar Inverter Terminal Block Installs Tool Free
Groomed for use with solar inverters, the 828 Series feed-through terminal block offers several industry-exclusive features to simplify feeding currents up to 40A (AWG 6) through enclosure walls. Employing CAGE CLAMP spring-pressure connection technology, the terminations are tool and maintenance free. Users lift a lever, insert a stripped conductor (AWG 16-6) into the termination port, and lower the lever. Reportedly, terminations are 50% faster than other methods. Providing an electrical rating of 300V/40A, the series features single-piece construction to simplify the necessary panel opening and eliminate alignment issues during panel assembly. An integrated lockout feature accommodates a security seal or similar tagout marker to limit unauthorized access to external terminations. WAGO CORP., Germantown, WI. (800) 346-7245.
