The CM series primary switch-mode power supplies have been enhanced to conform to the most current European EN 61000-3-2 standard involving harmonic filtering. The enhancement has enabled these DIN-rail mountable supplies to obtain UL recognition for use in hazardous environments according to Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D. A built-in electronic overload and short-circuit protection with auto reset eliminates the need to manually change fuses. An electronic autoranging capability from 120 to 230 Vac or 110 to 370 Vdc and an adjustable output range from 22.5 to 28.5 Vdc are also included. Operating temperature is from -20°C to +60°C.
