Adding to the LPS120 family of switching power supplies are five universal-input models delivering single outputs of 3.3V, 12V, 15V, 24V, and 48V. Suitable for networking and rack-mount systems, the components measure 3" x 5" and 1U in height. Each can deliver up to 130W with 30 cfm of forced-air cooling and provide additional 12V/0.5A auxiliary and 5V/0.5A standby outputs, as well as overload, over-voltage, and thermal protection. Other features include Class B EMI filtering, remote sense, remote inhibit, single-wire parallel on the primary output that enables current sharing, an operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C without derating, and operation up to 70°C by derating the output by 2.5% per degree Celsius. The supplies comply with IEC EN61000-3-2 harmonic and IEC EN61000-4-X susceptibility requirements and specify a mean time between failures over 550,000 hours at full load and 25°C. Prices start at $95 each in OEM quantities. ASTEC POWER, Carlsbad, CA. (760) 930-4600.
