In plastic 8-pin SIPs measuring 0.31 square inches, the RoHS-compliant TMR-3 Series dc/dc converters provide up to 3W of power, stated as a 50% increase over traditional SIP components. The isolated modules offer 2:1 input-voltage ranges of 4.5 to 9, 9 to 18, 18 to 36, and 36 to 75 Vdc. Available outputs include 5, 12, 15, 24, ±5, ±12, and ±15 Vdc. Shared features include full load operation over a temperature range from –40°C to +70°C, input filters, MTBF in excess of 2.4 million hours, 1.5 kVdc of isolation, line-and-load regulations of 0.2% and 0.5%, respectively, remote on/off, and continuous short-circuit protection.
