Targeting the 24V and 48V switch-mode power supply (SMPS) market, the MUR series epitaxial recovery diodes feature a breakdown voltage rating of 200V and a recovery time of 25 ns. The devices are available in either single or center-tapped-dual configurations. Future expansion of the series will include 400V devices for 48V outputs and 600V devices for power-factor correction (PFC) applications. Pricing starts at $0.40 each/10,000.
