Pin-for-pin compatible with popular bipolar and bi-MOS types, this new line of advanced CMOS Current Mode PWM controller ICs are optimized for off-line SMPS and dc/dc converters with CMOS output. The devices-- the FA13842N/P, FA13843N/P and FA13845N/P-- feature ultra-low start-up current of 12 µA typical and lower operation current of 3 mA typical. They are available in either the SOP-8 package or DIP-8 package. Detailed data sheets, samples and pricing are available.
