APEC 2008, Austin, TX - The HM69T series of DCR surface-mount power inductors offers typical DCRs of 0.298 mΩ with a ±3% tolerance, in a package that measures as small as 7.4 by 7.2 by 5.0 mm. The inductors come in values of 90 nH, 100 nH, and 150 nH, with dc current ratings of 57 A, 52 A, and 27 A, respectively. Operating temperature ranges from –40°C to 125°C, with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C. Typical pricing for the HM69T series is approximately $0.48 to $0.63 each depending on quantity and package size. Lead times are from 12 to 14 weeks.
