With a power headroom reportedly at least 30% higher than similar dual-output converters in standard half-brick packages, the HD2-100 series of 100W dc-to-dc converters is designed to minimize the need for power source reconfiguration in circuit density changes that often accompany the shift to lower logic/signal levels. The series presently includes two models- the 5V and 3.3V output HD2-100-1D and the 5V and 2.5V output HD2-100-2D- with the converters supplying up to 20A at 5V, 25A at 3.3V or 2.5V, or a continuum of current values within the converters' output voltage ratings. The 2.4" x 2.3" x 0.5" converters span a 36 to 75 vdc (48V nominal) input voltage range and number among their many features integral under-voltage lockout, automatic under-voltage recovery, short-circuit and over-voltage protection, and built-in EMI suppression filter.
