Expanding the company's Budget Saver line, the LF100ESI series debuts as the lowest-cost surface-mount 1W dc/dc converters on the market. Consisting of 11 models, input voltages include 3.3V, 5V, and 12V with output voltages of 5V, 9V, 12V, or 15V. Standard features include efficiencies up to 78%, an input isolation of 3 kVdc, low-noise operation, and a mean time between failures in excess of one million hours as per MIL HDBK 217F. Each device is packaged in an ultra-miniature case with an industry-standard pinout. Additionally, the converters operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C and they are compatible for use with automated-assembly equipment. Price for each model is $4.40 each/100.
