The TPS62730 3-MHz, 100-mA synchronous step-down DC/DC converter integrates a bypass switch and a unique DCS-Control technology to extend battery run-time by 20% in wireless and MSP430 MCU-based designs. Operating current is 25 mA and the device supports low-power apps such as Bluetooth, metering and building technologies, mobile phones, consumer electronics, and medical. Other features include a 95% power-conversion efficiency and less than 15 mVp-p output voltage ripple.
