These Hall-effect ICs offer built-in voltage regulation and two types of outputs: a single open-collector type or a digital latch type with dual-complementary open-collector outputs. The dual-complementary output device with open collector has a current capacity of 450 mA. Other features of the Hall-effect device include high noise immunity and stable switching points over temperature. And they are said to be ideal for use in speed- and position-sensing applications. The devices are available from stock to 90 days ARO.
