With 400 mA output current, AS2920 low dropout voltage regulator is pin-for-pin compatible with Micrel’s MIC2920. The AS2920 includes adjustable, 5V, 3V or 3.3V versions at up to 400 mA output. Tolerance is ±0.5% to ±1%. Line and load regulation is down to ±0.03%. All devices have a 400 mV low dropout voltage at full load and typically 20 mA quiescent current at 400 mA load.
