Available in 1.54 mm x 2.12 mm UCSPs, the MAX13042E through MAX13045E 4-channel, bidirectional level translators provide ±15 kV of ESD protection on all I/O VCC lines. They provide the level shifting necessary for high-speed data transfers in multi-voltage systems by operating with VL voltages from +1.62V to +3.2V and VCC voltages from 2.2V to 3.6V. Data rates reach 100 Mb/s with external push-pull or open-drain drivers that source output current as low as 4 mA. Additionally, the translators are specified for operation over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Available in 14-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm TDFN packages, prices start at $1.20 each/1,000.
