Output voltage is selectable in 100-mV increments over a range from 1.5V to 5V and voltage accuracy is within ±2%. Additionally, the device integrates current-limiting and thermal-protection circuits and is compatible with ceramic capacitors. Available in SOT-26 and SOT 89 packages, the device has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Price is $0.40 each/3,000.
