A series of low-profile, surface-mount 1-A rectifiers have a 100- to 200-V voltage range and 25-ns reverse recovery time for high-frequency applications. The MUH1Px series offers designers a choice of 100-V (MUH1PB), 150-V (MUH1PC), and 200-V (MUH1PD)

A series of low-profile, surface-mount 1-A rectifiers have a 100- to 200-V voltage range and 25-ns reverse recovery time for high-frequency applications. The MUH1Px series offers designers a choice of 100-V (MUH1PB), 150-V (MUH1PC), and 200-V (MUH1PD) reverse voltage ratings. The rectifiers come housed in an eSMP series MicroSMP package with footprint dimensions of 2.3 mm by 1.2 mm and a profile of 0.65 mm. This compact size saves space in secondary rectifiers and freewheeling diodes for ac-to-dc and dc-to-dc converters, battery chargers, and portable consumer electronics. Average forward current is 1 A, forward surge capability is 10 A, and leakage current is 1 µA. An oxide planar chip junction has a rugged maximum junction temperature of +175°C and an MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1. Samples and production quantities of the RoHS-compliant MUH1PB, MUH1PC, and MUH1PD are available now with lead times of six weeks for larger orders.
