Cooler running than larger devices, the company’s latest portfolio of MOSFETs come in the ultra-miniature DFN1006-3 package that takes up just 0.6-mm2 of PCB area. The devices specify a junction to ambient thermal resistance (Rthj-a) of 256 ºC/W and dissipate up to 1.3W under continuous conditions. The 20V DMN2300UFB4 n-channel MOSFET specifies an on resistance of 150 mΩ, and its p-channel companion, the 20V DMP21D0UFB4 offers similar performance. Prices for the DMN2300UFB4 and DMP21D0UFB4 are $0.10 and $0.11 each/10,000. DIODES INC., Dallas, TX. (972) 385-2810.
