Using trench MOSFET technology, the ZXMN series n-channel MOSFETs employ a die structure that is said to provide low-on resistance and fast switching times. As an example, the SOT-23 ZXMN3A01F rated at 30V has a continuous drain current of 2.05A and an on-resistance of 90 m½ for a Vgs of 10V and 145 m½ for a Vgs of 4.5V.For higher current, the MSOP-8 ZXMN3A02X8 rated at 30V has a continuous current rating of 6.7A with an on-resistance of 18 m½ for a Vgs of 10V and 25 m½ for a Vgs of 4.5 V.
