Eight new power MOSFETs for automotive applications have been added to the company's Little Foot series. In addition to low on-resistance devices in D2PAK and TO-220 packages, the series now also includes its first 60V rated TSOP-6 power FETs. For close quarter applications, the Si3458DV n-channel and the Si3459DV p-channel MOSFETs measure only 3 mm x 2.95 mm. For applications requiring the lowest possible on-resistance, the 55V SUP75N05-07 (TO-220) and SUB75N05-07 (D2PAK) devices offer a maximum on-resistance of 7 milliohms, while the 60V SUP75N06-06 (TO-220) and SUB75N05-06 (D2PAK) provide 6.5 milliohms. Two n-channel Trench FETs, the SUP75N08-09L (TO-220) and SUB75N08-09L, with a 75V maximum breakdown voltage have also been added to the series. U.S. pricing ranges from $0.39 to $1.14 each/100,000.
