To meet requirements of the military and aerospace industries, the company is offering a range of its power semiconductors in hermetically sealed D2 and D3 SMT packages. Devices include MOSFETs, voltage regulators, power rectifiers, Schottky rectifiers, and radiation-tolerant devices, in isolated and non-isolated versions. Similar in dimensions to industry-standard plastic packages, these pre-cut, tinned, and lead-formed metal packages offer both small size and the latest thermal-matching and conductive materials. Any product the company offers in a TO-257 or TO-254 package is available in D2 and D3 packages.
