Designed for use with TFT LCDs measuring 22" and greater, the LT1943 quad-output regulator operates with input voltages from 4.5V to 24V and delivers a number of independent outputs for VLOGIC, AVDD, VON, and VOFF. The device integrates a 2.4A buck regulator, 2.6A boost regulator, high-voltage TFT bias source, and an inverter for negative TFT bias. Other features include a panel-protect function that disables VON upon fault detection, adjustable soft start for all outputs, and an operating frequency of 1.2 MHz.
