Offered in a six-lead metal power package, the ACT 8600 combines a radiation-tolerant positive and negative voltage regulator in one device. The device is capable of supplying an output current of 1.5A over an output-voltage range of 1.2V to 37V.

Offered in a six-lead metal power package, the ACT 8600 combines a radiation-tolerant positive and negative voltage regulator in one device. The device is capable of supplying an output current of 1.5A over an output-voltage range of 1.2V to 37V. Measuring only 0.65" x 0.42" x 0.2", the regulator takes up little space and reduces weight associated with using two larger TO-3 or TO-5 devices. The ACT 8600 is available as a MIL-PRF-38534 Class K or Class H device.
