Expanding its line of 450-v constant-current regulators for both dc and ac inputs, the company offers its two-terminal dc regulators with output currents from 2 to 100 mA. The devices are available in either TO-220AB or TO-252 packages. A similar family of ac devices in the same packages is available with exception that their current ratings extend to 50 mA. Pricing starts at $1.25 each/1000 with delivery from 12 to 16 weeks ARO.
