Model 203S zero bias Schottky detector operates over the entire frequency band of 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Frequency response is ±0.5 dB to 20 GHz, ±0.8 dB to 26.5 GHz, and ±1.5 dB to 40 GHz. Maximum VSWR over these same frequency bands is

Model 203S zero bias Schottky detector operates over the entire frequency band of 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Frequency response is ±0.5 dB to 20 GHz, ±0.8 dB to 26.5 GHz, and ±1.5 dB to 40 GHz. Maximum VSWR over these same frequency bands is 1.35, 1.5 and 2.0, respectively. Standard input connector is 2.4-mm male or K male. Low level sensitivity is 0.5 mV/µW. The Schottky detectors are available with narrower operating frequency bands and improved performance. Delivery is stock to three weeks.
