The TISP7xxxH3SL is a monolithic telecom surge protector offering fully symmetrical protection between any combination of tip, ring or ground lines. It is guaranteed to withstand a range of international standard surges in any direction, such as 100A 10/1000. To enable the closest possible protection for voltages from 70V to 400V, the device is available in 16 voltage ratings . The TISP7xxxH3SL integrates three high-current, bi-directional, voltage-triggered thyristors in a single chip, ensuring matched performance and low differential capacitance. This monolithic approach also contributes to the space-saving size of the device. The TISP7xxxH3SL is priced at $1.75 each/1,000. BOURNS INC., Riverside, CA. (909) 781-5500.
