Rounding out its family of high power, common-base bipolar transistors that are designed to meet next-generation avionics design requirements, the company's DME 700 features a power output of 700W. Similar to other devices in the DME series, the new device is also a 50V, Class C transistor with a frequency range of 1,025 to 1,150 MHz. It also has an input power of 110W, a minimum gain of 8 dB, and a VSWR load of 4:1.
