Claiming a 2X improvement over Maxim’s MAX6025A, the TS6001A voltage reference cuts drift to a guaranteed 7 ppm/°C maximum.

Claiming a 2X improvement over Maxim’s MAX6025A, the TS6001A voltage reference cuts drift to a guaranteed 7 ppm/°C maximum. It can source/sink load currents up to 500 μA, consumes 27 μA at no-load, and specs an initial output-voltage accuracy of less than 0.08%. Other specs include a quiescent current of 35 μA and a dropout of 100 mV at 500 μA. Stable with CLOADs up to 2200 pF, the device comes in a three-pin SOT23 package. Prices for the TS6001A and TS6001B, respectively, start at $1.75 and $1.60 each/1,000. TOUCHSTONE SEMICONDUCTOR, Milpitas, CA. (408) 215-1220.
