Formed from a low dropout, CMOS process, the S-1142 Series positive voltage regulator operates at a maximum input voltage of 50V while typically consuming 4 µA. The device delivers an output ranging from 2V to 12V, selectable in 0.1V steps. Other features include an output current of 200 mA, over-current protection, operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C (S-1142xxxH only) or -40°C to +85°C (S-1142xxxl only), thermal shutdown, and a power on/off circuit.
