A new line of adapters directly interfaces to the probes of Tektronix TLA 700 series logic analyzers. These adapters are designed using controlled impedance PCBs to match the impedance characteristics of the TLA 700 probes. The first adapters are for high pin count, 1.27- and 1-mm pitch BGA devices. They are general purpose and support 256-, 352-, 432-, 520-, 560-, and 600-pin packages. The adapters are available in custom configurations as well. Prices start at around $1,000 each.
