Targeting the aerospace and defense markets, the AFQ100B baseband signal generator delivers a signal source for developing and producing UWB components. Paired with the AFQ-K264 software option, the instrument's intuitive interface simplifies the generation of all critical test signals for the WiMedia UWB band. The generator is capable of forming signals with modulated pulses or wide, nonlinear chirps for modern radar systems. It provides a bandwidth of 528 MHz and the software option ensures that WiMedia UWB signals comply with the standard. In addition to WiMedia UWB, options are available for WCDMA, HSPA+, WiMAX, WLAN, LTE, and other standards. For more details and prices, call ROHDE & SCHWARZ INC., Columbia, MD. (888) 837-8772.
