For OEMs developing large in-vehicle networks (IVNs), the company's analog-interface behavioral model in VHDL-AMS provides quick and easy simulation of the behavior of CAN transceivers on a physical network. The model forecasts significant time and cost savings for the test and debug of large, complex IVNs. The model carries out both high- and low-level abstractions and is convertible from VHDL-AMS to Saber (MAST). The behavior model is available under NDA to OEMs, customers, and other partners working in the IVN field. For further information, call AMI SEMICONDUCTOR, Pocatello, ID. (208) 233-4690.
