A complete hardware and software boundary-scan upgrade package has been released for the Agilent 307x family of in-circuit testers. Symphony 3070 lets users of Agilent's UNIX-based or PC-based 3070 systems execute their existing ICT high-speed flash programming and high-quality tests. Users also can freely transport their test and programming applications across PC and UNIX software application development and execution environments. Fixture complexity is reduced substantially. Boundary scan provides the test access for most digital portions of the unit under test. Symphony 3070 is built on a modular and flexible system architecture. Pricing for the complete upgrade for a UNIX-based 307x system is less than $23,000. An upgrade for a PC-based 307x system costs less than $20,000.
