Embarking as a first for the company, the USB-5680 true RMS RF power meter derives operating power solely from a USB cable and consumes 100 mA of operating current. The 6-GHz meter features high measurement accuracy and wide dynamic range in a package size comparable to a typical power head. By way of current PC and ADC technologies, the meter combines both the sensor and the A/D converter in one package measuring 8.5 cm x 3 cm x 5.6 cm. Specs include a frequency range from 50 MHz to 6 GHz, dynamic range of 63 dB, and an amplitude accuracy of ±0.18 dB.
