Promising to expand the resistance measuring capability of the average digital multimeter by 1000x, the MOA-1 family of "Smart Leads" gives a DMM the ability to measure down to 0.001 ohms with 1% accuracy, it's claimed. The 4-wire Kelvin measurement clips and leads are attached to the 2-3/4" x 3" x 1/2" "Smart Lead" interface housing.
