The DL7400 series digital oscilloscopes (DSOs) are presented as the industry's first to offer mixed-signal capabilities by providing users with eight analog input channels and a 16-bit logic input channel. Users can view logic signals while simultaneously observing up to 24 points of measurement, noise or waveform integrity. The scopes have a maximum sampling rate of 2 Gsamples/s, a 500 MHz bandwidth, and a maximum memory capacity of 16 Mwords. Other features include USB compliance, a PC Card interface, and support for 250 MHz logic probes. Options include Ethernet connectivity and user-defined math. Currently, the series includes two models: DL7440 with four analog channels and one 16-bit logic input; and DL7480 with eight analog channels and one16-bit logic input. Both are available without the logic input. YOKOGAWA CORP. OF AMERICA, Newnan, GA. (800) 258-2552.
