Blending polymeric and inorganic materials, EP30LTE-LO two-component epoxy exhibits a low thermal expansion coefficient and passes NASA’s outgassing tests. It is serviceable over a temperature range from -60°F to +250°F and cures at room temperature. Other features include a shrinkage rate of less than 0.0002 in./in., tensile strength over 5,000 psi, a working life up to 60 minutes for a 200-gram mass, and a 10-to-1 mix ratio.
